W Residences Tower 1 at Dubai Harbour by ARADA

W Residences Tower 1 is part of an ambitious three-tower luxury seafront development by ARADA in collaboration with Marriott International, located in the heart of Dubai Harbour. Set for completion in 2027, this AED 5 billion project offers over 400 branded residences. The design is LEED Silver certified and draws inspiration from its surroundings — the promenade, harbour, and sky — featuring striking diagonal lines so that the towers seem to merge with their natural coastal setting. Amenities in Tower 1 are particularly compelling. Residents will have access to a podium-level infinity pool that is 200 metres long, offering sweeping sea views in the direction of Ain Dubai.  Also included are residents’ lounge, yoga and Pilates studios, wellness spa, children’s club, games room, sound suite, screening room, co-working spaces, guest suites, valet parking, and 24-hour concierge service. The gym is a major highlight: the Wellfit fitness centre is among the largest in the district (43,000 sq ft). Finally, Tower 3’s location adds strong value. Positioned between Bluewaters Island and Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour is fast becoming one of Dubai’s most desirable waterfront neighbourhoods. It has access to the largest marina in the Gulf, a cruise terminal, fine dining, retail outlets, and is well connected via Sheikh Zayed Road (with planned infrastructure improvements such as a new bridge) which will shorten commute times.
